The status itself (Healthy / Watch / Warning) is fully deterministic — computed from rules, not AI. VizunaAI only generates the narrative summary and suggested actions. If VizunaAI is unavailable, the system falls back to rule-based guidance. VizunaAI never invents metrics or thresholds.
